Description:Suku Batak is yet another completely sun-dried coffee, also grown around Lake Toba in the Lintongnihuta area to the south and Seribu Dolok area to the east. It is a double picked preparation with a little wider classification.
It is what you would think. Second crack two seconds is best.
Great coffee. Wanton disregard for the environment with the plastic bags. What a shame, given your boasting about family farms and so forth.
I roasted this batch specifically for espresso, the notes are accurate and the bean produced a well balanced and smooth shot
