Description: Named after the plumeria flower — a symbol of warmth, resilience, and natural beauty found throughout the tropics — this coffee reflects the vibrant character of Nicaragua's northern highlands. Like its namesake, Plumeria is approachable, balanced, and built to leave a lasting impression in the cup. This lot is sourced from a network of smallholder producers across the Matagalpa, where coffee grows between 1,175 and 1,400 meters above sea level. Farms ranging from two to ten hectares cultivate traditional varieties including Caturra, Catuai, Marsellesa, and Catimor, with producers selectively harvesting only ripe cherries to preserve quality and consistency.

The result is a clean, balanced cup with vibrant acidity, layered sweetness, and the approachable character that has made northern Nicaragua one of Central America's most respected coffee origins.
